Hi Tim,

If you have CCM 4.x then the deleted number is still in the CCM DB as an
"Unassigned DN". Go to CCMAdmin > Route Plan > Route Plan Report. In the
"Find" pull down select "Unassigned DN" and search for 7000. It should
find the number. Delete it from this page then try adding the Pilot
Point again.

	Hi everyone-

I'm trying to remove DN '7000' from a users phone, in order to
move it to a Pilot Point

(first steps to converting that user to using Attendant Console)

I can successfully remove the line from the users phone-when I
call from the outside, I get a reorder tone as expected-

When I try to create a Pilot Point using that same number (to
make the user the first destination for incoming 7000 calls)

	I get the following error:

	<unknown.jpg>

It's looking like the Call Manager somehow isn't releasing the
number? Even though it's gone from the users phone,

I still cannot re-use that number on a PP?

	What's wrong?

Btw- this is slightly of a rush-I'm trying to get this
conversion done on Friday, since we're closed-

On Monday I either have to have it working or revert the config
so that 7000 gets answered (since it's our main number!)

	Thanks, Tim
