I still cannot re-use that number on a PP?
 Newer versions of CallManager do not delete DNs after they are removed from
devices (In case they need to be reused as-is on different devices). To get
rid of the "orphaned" DNs, go to "Route Plan Report" and Find "Unassigned
DNs." You can delete the orphans from there. After that, they are ready to
be re-created as pilot points.
