[cisco-voip] MGCP BRI overlap-receiving

Hey folks,
with ccm now supporting MGCP BRI, it seems though there's no support for
'overlap-recieving'. It's not explicitly defined anywhere in the
documentation, maybe you guys have an idea? Someone dealt with this before?
