[cisco-voip] get call contact, it allways show a "unknown"

i have a script running 3.5.3.  the script is run fine for the most part.  but when i do a get call contact,  it allways show a "unknown"   Now we have caller id enable from our carrier, and it  works fine.  any ideals of what i need to check
