If the publisher goes down or the synchronization between the cluster is lost you will lose some services/features. I don't know if there is a full list, but it does include the forwarding of phones and extension mobility. Basically, any service that writes(?) to the database.

  is it possible to make some kind of redundancy with the services activated in the CallManager?

  We don't want to lose all this services when the server associated fail...
