Hello,

TSP works great, if you're an administrator on your windows and can change
the password...

TSP's other problem is that it puts CTI load on CallManager, so not scalable
to 100s of users.

The scalable solution is WebDialer.

This applications seems to do what Outlook users want:
SA-Quick Dial Outlook Dialer
http://www.syn-apps.net/QuickDial.aspx
They offer an eval.

Another interesting option is this:

Not exactly for Outlook but free.

You can also send commands to the phone itself to dial, but in this case you
need to know the phone's IP address, and also the username/password.

Write an application that detects that the password has been changed during
login and modifies the registry :)

The issue we have found with TSP is that the user must have their network
login and password stored in the control panel for the TSP.
Since we have a forced monthly password change, this breaks the
functionality of TSP. Is there an alternative?
