[cisco-voip] overhead paging

We are using the Berbee informacast.  In a school setting it works
pretty well.  I really like the bell scheduler and the IP Speakers.  The
only complaint I have is that it's not in real time.  The ad-hoc message
records your message, then opens multicast, then plays, so your looking
at some time before it plays.  I would really like Berbee to open
Multicast port and talk real time.  I haven't seen this anywhere yet.

PS.  Other then the real time thing, we really to like Berbee.

I know this is a discussion that occurs often, but I was hoping for some
recent opinions.
How has everyone solved the lack of a built-in paging system for CM?
Are you using separate hardware? RJ-45 ceiling speakers? software which
broadcasts audio from your cisco phones?
