[cisco-voip] getting caller ID from T1 cas

Found an old doc talking about getting caller id on T1 CAS for AS5x00  
routers.

I'm pretty sure the same thing is possible with other IOS gateways.

Basically you need E&M fbB to get incoming DNIS.

i was told by cisco that this is imposible,  but this was working at
