We use the IPcelerate appliance for IP phone paging. We also purchased
it because it has some other apps that we wanted. Requires multicast,
but since we already had that set up for other reasons that was not a
big deal. In locations that had an existing AMP/Speaker setup, we
purchased a Valcom V-2000A unit (about $130). This allows for EASY FXO
integration to the AMP.

Subject: [cisco-voip] overhead paging
I know this is a discussion that occurs often, but I was hoping for some
recent opinions.
How has everyone solved the lack of a built-in paging system for CM?
Are you using separate hardware? RJ-45 ceiling speakers? software which
broadcasts audio from your cisco phones?
Thanks,
Avidan
