As far as I understand according to this parameter ATA recognises when user
pushes flash on the phone connected to ATA's FXS port and sends hook flash
event to IP side. What I mean is how to make ATA to do a short on hook/off 
hook
transition of its FXS port. It is nessesary for management of the
on door speakerphone  wich is currently managed by old PBX.
