[cisco-voip] CM 4.1 - CER Distinctive Ring for CER notification and PSAP callback

A customer wants to know if they can have a distinctive ring when they
receive a call either from Emergency Responder (notification, callback
from the PSAP, or calls from local emergency services (police or fire
dept.)

Also, I know CER currently does not record a 911 call and play the
recording in the notification.  Is this functionality on the CER
roadmap?  3Com offers this.
