[cisco-voip] Unit Port reconfiguration.

It sounds like the VM ports themselves are working
fine, since the old VM Pilot # works with same VM
ports. 

Did you check your route patterns , you should have a
route pattern with the old VM Pilot DN # with the
linegroup that has VM ports. That route pattern #
needs to match the new VM pilot #. The route pattern
routes the call to the destination, which is the
linegroup containing the VM ports. 

If you go to Route Pattern Report, and find on the VM
pilot # it should list both a Voice Mail Pilot, and a
Route pattern. 

If the route pattern matches up, can you call the VM
port DN directly and get to VM? Is the message below
what you see on the phone or hear?
