[cisco-voip] convert ip phone from sccp image to sip image

Interesting... I'm always moving phones from SIP to SCCP.

Try putting the file "SIPDefault.cnf" in your TFTP area. The file should
contain something like:

image_version: P00305000200

Put whatever image you are trying to force in as the file name
