[cisco-voip] convert ip phone from sccp image to sip image

Has anyone tried to convert a 7960 with sccp image to sip image? I'm
following a Cisco doc but it didn't succeed. from tftp log, the ip phone
received OS79XX.TXT, but then it requested SEPxxxxxxxxxxxx.cnf.xml instead
of P003-07-5-00.bin (SIP image) file. Am I missing something? I've reset the
configs in the phone several times and manually added ip, tftp, default
router addresses, still no luck.
 
My IP phone's current load ID is P00305000600 and I'm trying to convert to
SIP 7.5.
