[cisco-voip] how to set time on cue

There was a bug with NTP not working good on older
versions of CUE (1.1(x)) and one bug was with pointing
NTP to be the router/CME side. I'd suggest try
pointing the CUE's NTP config to an external source
off the router if you can. You will need to
reboot/reload CUE  most likely for the ntp changes to
take effect.
