Yep, that does sound strange.  Guess I would start by looking at all 
the patterns you have configured.  You can do this by going to Route 
Plan > Route Plan Report > Click on "View in File" on the right side of 
the page.  Save the CSV file and look through the patterns.

The next step would be to look at Detailed CCM traces of the call.  
Need to look at the traces from the server where the phone is 
registered.  Feel free to send the traces to me if you would like.  
Please provide the calling number called number and call time.
