Just thought of something. Is the Atlas configured for overlap receiving?

Hi David,
Thanks for the traces. In the traces I see where you initially dialed 5551111. The digits were immediately matched and the route list was selected. Here is the signaling that occurred after the route list selection:

The audio is opened after this. Then you dial the digit 5551111 again.
The call is actually setup through the 3725 GW to the Atlas 800. For some reason we are not getting back from the Atlas 800 a connect message. It would seem the second set of digits are telling the Atlas 800 where to dial. I am not familiar with this device. On the 3725 you can use "debug isdn q931" to see what signaling has happening between the 3725 and the Atlas. Not sure what kind of diags are available there but I would recommend continuing from there at this point. The problem does not seem to be with the CCM.

Kevin,
Attached is the debug. The calling party is 2670001, the called party is 5551111.
The call initally gives me another dial tone, then I dial the number again to successfully complete.
Thanks

Yep, that does sound strange. Guess I would start by looking at all the patterns you have configured. You can do this by going to Route Plan > Route Plan Report > Click on "View in File" on the right side of the page. Save the CSV file and look through the patterns.
The next step would be to look at Detailed CCM traces of the call. Need to look at the traces from the server where the phone is registered. Feel free to send the traces to me if you would like. Please provide the calling number called number and call time.

I have setup my pstn gw with basic defaults and am just trying to get intial connections.
From the IP phone on the call manager when I dial a pstn number, I get a dial tone after the
Seven digits, I then dial the number again and the call completes successfully.
This is my setup
7970 - CCM4.1.3--3725/H323/1MFT1/à Atlas800 àFXS phone.
The fxs is 5551111
The ip is 3651111
The calls complete either direction, however I have to dial twice?
