[cisco-voip] Unity no reply option

I'm running two Unity 4.0.5 servers.  One working with a PBX the other
with CM 4.1.  All users are using the Optional Conv 1.

On the Unity server connected to the PBX I do not have the reply option
8.  I have tested the following.

CM Unity, user to user the reply works.

Unity PBX to Unity CM reply works.

But Unity pbx to unity pbx reply does NOT work.

And Unity CM to Unity PBX reply does NOT work.

With that said it looks like a Unity PBX problem.  What do I need to set
on the Unity PBX server to fix this?
