[cisco-voip] Unity - MWI - Issue...

All,

 

 

I have CCM 3.3 with Unity 4.0 + MS exchange 2003.

 

The MWI indicators glow again even after the message being read. Once I
read the massage it goes off and hang the phone there it comes again.

 

1.	Refreshed MWI for one of the subscriber in Unity.
2.	2.From the integrations Manager  I resync the MWI.

 

Still the same. Please help in determining where should I look in to .
