[cisco-voip] callmanager cluster and SRST

Hi!

I have a cluster of two callmanager and one SRST.
CCM1 = Publisher (1.1.1.1)
CCM2 = Subscriber (1.1.1.2)
SRST = VoiceGateway (1.1.1.3)

My Phone displays following config:
Callmanager 1      : ccm2
Callmanager 2      : ccm1
Callmanager 3 TFTP : 1.1.1.2 Active
Callmanager 4 SRST : 1.1.1.3 Standby
Callmanager 5      : empty

So last time I made a test. I wanted to see, what happens,
when my subscriber fails. I have shut down the subscriber and
looked what the phone did. The phone did not register to the
publisher, it has registered to the SRST.
The publihser was all the reachable and had no problems.

Any ideas, why the phone has registered to the SRST ?
Why do I see only one tftp Server on the Phone ?
The publisher has a tftp server too.
