I didn't read the Software Download page hard enough; it looks like the 
Upgrade Kit is only required to get from Unity 2 or 3 to 4.  Once at 4, the 
new 4.1 images are available via the link in the Software Download page to 
the Cisco Unity 4.1 CD Images page.
