[cisco-voip] adding new user to CCM 3.3 for Soft phone

Hi,


I am trying to add a soft phone for me , my CCM wont accept new local
user / domain user to add/modify , it throws this error.


I tried logging with as DCD ID also.


Error


The following error occurred while trying to load the requested page.


The phone administrator is currently not allowed to add or delete
