[cisco-voip] adding new user to CCM 3.3 for Soft phone

I have seen this error occur when the server's hostname has an 
underscore, "_", in it.  If this is the case change your URL to use the 
IP Address instead of hostname.  If this is not the case then let us 
know if you are using DCD or AD and your CCM version.
