I am sorry Kevin I dint mention that, I am using Microsoft AD as LDAP.

 

"dcdadmin "is the account created in AD that has full rights to the
cisco OU in the AD.

Sounds like you are using DC Directory. If you are then you might need
to go through the steps listed here:

Make sure to carefully follow the steps. You will want to use the steps
listed in the section "Reconfigure DC Directory on Cisco CallManager
Publisher (Database More than 100 Mb)". This will back, rebuild and
restore the DC Directory.

	I have seen this error occur when the server's hostname has an
underscore, "_", in it. If this is the case change your URL to use the
IP Address instead of hostname. If this is not the case then let us know
if you are using DCD or AD and your CCM version.
