[cisco-voip] CMM SPAN

Have you used the unity port status monitor tool under
tools depot (downloadable from
www.ciscounitytools.com) to see if it seeing DTMF when
it isn't working as expected?  If the key press isn't
in this then it's not being seen by unity. Just
thought I'd throw this out there in case unity may be
seeing it but maybe not acting on it.

unless you're troubleshooting SRST--pstn--Unity
integration in whichcase DTMF are passed inband.

Either way a span of the VLAN should capture traffic
to/from CMM Ibelieve.
