Wes,
I am not saying that I have a problem with call transfer information, etc in
the CME output. That may be the case, but I have not got far enough down the
line to know.
What I _am_ saying is that I do not even have a document describing the
field contents for basic call scenarios. Is there any document describing
the fields contents at all?
