[cisco-voip] CCM - weird pilot point problem

Erick,
yes, it kind of rings once, then goes to fast busy.
The gateway is H.323. There are no errors in its log. It's a 2821 running:
"Cisco IOS Software, 2800 Software (C2800NM-SPSERVICESK9-M), Version
12.3(11)XL1, RELEASE SOFTWARE (fc1)"
CCM is 4.1(2)sr1.
