[cisco-voip] CCM - weird pilot point problem

Is the outside call busy right away, or does it ring
once then go busy, etc?

I've seen that cause code usually when theres a DSP
issue, or lack of DSPs at times for calls to complete.
More DSPs may be needed if the call is changing to
another codec after initial setup, etc. Is the gateway
using MGCP? Are there any errors, etc in the normal
router log entries (non-debug messages)?

What version IOS, CCM?
