[cisco-voip] CCM - weird pilot point problem

Well done Ryan! I created a more specific dial-peer with g711ulaw and now it
works.
However, I would like to keep the generic dial-peer and work with A-law
(which is more standard for me).
Does the problem come from the CallManager or from the IVR?
If it's the IVR, how can I prove them it's their fault?
Also, how come the problem does not appear when I call 7778 from an IP
phone?
