[cisco-voip] Unity Web Error Message

Anyone else find a resolution to this error? I've tried most of the
basic steps. Restarting IIS, making sure that other users are logged
out.....any more ideas:

Missing live session flag.
For some reason, /web/global.asa did not fire.
Check that this file is present.
This problem could also be related to DNS issues.
Cannot continue.
