[cisco-voip] 'Redirecting Number IE Delivery' MGCP gateway config question

Well, (information I forgot to provide), the two callmanager clusters
have seperate voicemail systems and I'm thinking that this change will
only affect calls to the PSTN via the MGCP voice gateway (which is the
only way for these two clusters two talk to each other).

The callmanager design for forwarding is fine for calls cfwdall on the
same callmanager cluster/voicemail system. It's just causing problems
when the redirecting number is being sent to a totally different
callmanager cluster.

We'll see how it works out.
