[cisco-voip] How do I set the default greeting in Unity

I found the problem. You must record the greeting on the standard
greeting page rather then the profile page. The profile page is like
the name of the call handler.

You could use a routing rule to match the direct call for a particular
number and set your own greeting
or
do as you have done and find the system greeting that has the 'sorry'
and replace it with a silence file. (a wav file with half a second of
silence)

I used the direct calls and it works.... My only thing I would
like to change is that it says sorry, then my greeting. How do I remove
the sorry?

Is this done with a forwarded calls or direct calls?
