[cisco-voip] Combining Power Fail Port and FXS Port

NM-HDA with CME 3.3.

Is it safe to combine (pairs in parallel) a power-fail port and an 
FXS port on the same NM-HDA card? This would let the analog phone 
hooked up to the combined pairs function as a station set with CCE 
via the FXS port until the power fails in which case the power fail 
port will be directly connected to the FXO line, via a relay I 
assume. Seems fine to me. Opinions?
