[cisco-voip] AC and IPCC Desktop Agent

Is this configuration supported?
Using IPCC Desktop Agent to receive ICD calls and Attendant Console to 
control the phones.
IPCC express version 3.5
Callmanger 4.0
 Seems like once in awhile the AC screen would just go grey/totally blank 
and hang.
