[cisco-voip] IPCC agent shared line

Scott,

We have used extension mobility to solve this problem and it has worked
fine....that is it did after I associated the second phone with the ICMrm
user...:>) I didn't realize that even though the EM phone doesn't actually
have an ICD extension, it still has to be controlled by the ICDrm user.

Subject: [cisco-voip] IPCC agent shared line

I'm about to test this, but thought I would ask to see if someone has
already done it.

I have an agent that will work in two different places but will need to have
the same phone number at both locations. Can I set them up in IPCCx as
owner of both phones (share line) and have IPCCx route calls correctly?

Thanks

Scott
