No, the user will need different extensions and agent logins at each
location. IPCC Express has issues with shared lines (i.e. reserved
state lockups, ghost calls etc). You could however set up the agents
phones with extension mobility and have the agent log into EM before
logging in.

I'm about to test this, but thought I would ask to see if someone has
already done it.
I have an agent that will work in two different places but will need to
have the same phone number at both locations. Can I set them up in
IPCCx as owner of both phones (share line) and have IPCCx route calls
correctly?
