[cisco-voip] unity express

I have a unity express with CM. this used to be unityexpress with cme and we
upgrade to CM. for some reason we since this upgrade we have some mailboxes
that we can not auth to. When we put in the password it say wrong. and when
we change the password it say wrong.. the weird thing is that when we
change the password, we can used that pw to log into gui. But to check the
vm it is no happening.
Do someone have any ideals of what I can try. We since created another VM
box, but need to get the message out of this one
