CSCee81483 introduced ability to disable web server. Make sure you're
using the ES or at least IPC 1.1(2) and use the reg key:
Add registry value to HKLM\SOFTWARE\Cisco Systems, Inc.\Communicator
called
WebServerDisabled (does not appear by default). To disable the web
server,
create this DWORD value and set it to any non-zero value. To reenable
the web
server, delete this key or set it to zero.

We have lots of users complaining that their IP communicator keeps
taking over port 80 of their machine which is used by their
individual web servers. Has anyone ever seen this problem? Is there
a workaround? I was thinking perhaps the well known port for IP
Communicator (port 80) may be modified somehow but we are unable to
locate any configuration settings.
Thanks!
