Check to see what the forwarding number Unity is receiving, then create
a Forwarded Calls Routing Rule to sends calls from that number to the
designated voicemail box.

Wes,

It would be good to hear input on this. I have a similar issue where I
was trying to send callers to a hunt group, and then if no one answered,
send them to voicemail (of one of the people in the hunt group). What I
found was when we used the forwardhuntbusy destination or the
forwardhuntnoanswer, it would make it to Voicemail, but any of the
Voicemail profile information is lost and you just get the generic Unity
answer prompt. Do you have any thoughts on resolving this?

Matt

Your huntpilot is working as defined. You would need to configure your
huntpilot with forwardhuntbusy destation= the CTI route point for your
application.

why not just use Attendant Console call queuing in CM4.1 and later?
