Hi Alan,
Do you have this tied back to back to another router?
If so, can you send the sh run, sh isdn status and debug isdn q921 from
that router?
Make sure that you actually need this GW set for the network side
interface Serial1/0:15
no ip address
isdn switch-type primary-net5
isdn protocol-emulate network <<<< network or user side??
isdn incoming-voice voice
isdn bind-l3 ccm-manager
no cdp enable
