Solutions for Hearing Impaired? What are you trying to achieve? You might have to come up with some custom solutions. For example, use a bedshaker (no, I'm not kidding) attached to the desk or chair to alert them to incoming calls. Or perhaps a big red flashing light of some type. You'll need analog shared lines if you want to keep the IP phone on the desk. The handset might have to be replaced with something that is amplified.

There was a thread on this a while back where people posted a few solutions.

I have a new user starting that is hearing impaired. This is the first time we've had this type of situation. I'm on CallManager 4.0.(2a) and Unity 4.1 (unified). Are there any phone handset / voicemail solutions out there that you know of and/or are currently using for the hearing impaired?

  Thanks in advance.
