[cisco-voip] CallManager Problem - Make outside call

Hi Kevin,

Sorry, another 2 questions...
1. Do I need any other software to allow CCM to handle the outside incoming
call transfered to IP Phone? (like a greeting prompt to input extension
number)

2. Can CCM and Nortel 61 PBX run the feature such as ring back to each other
in the hybrid system ? (both IP phone and PBX phone exist in the enterprise,
when IP Phone makes call to PBX phone with no answer or vice versa, the
phone can provide ring back / call back function)

Thanks a lot.

Regards,

Alan
