[cisco-voip] Callmanager Device Association to Primary Ext?

I think Zevier was asking why we need to select the primary extension, not where.

I'd be interested in knowing this as well. I'm guessing it has something to do with directory lookups and calling numbers or something like that.

  On the phone extension.

IE> select user. Click device association. Fine the phone and then there's a radio button to click primary extension.

  Hi,
In the Callmanager User page, where we associate Devices to Users, when do we need to select 'Primary Extension'?
  Thanks
  -Zevier.

Blab-away for as little as 1¢/min. Make PC-to-Phone Calls using Yahoo! Messenger with Voice.
