[cisco-voip] Reporting tool to use to create reports from the SQL database in CCM

Good afternoon,

What reporting tool have you all used to extract data out of the SQL
database in CallManager to create reports.  We have used Crystal along
with developer time, but I am wondering if there is a third party canned
application out there?
