Well it would be Linux,

I need something that can mix like 3 video streams so I can implement 3way conference.

I thought about openh323's openMCU but still didn't try that.

I couldn't exactly understand if they offer mixed video.

Anyway thanks for the reply I'm gonna research it:-)

What is your client platform?

 

Gnomemeeting is a good place to start.  http://www.gnomemeeting.org/

The OpenH323 stack is another good place to look: http://www.openh323.org/

Also, CoolCollaborator is another open platform, implemented in Java.  http://arsenalproject.org/
