[cisco-voip] CCM - Accessing CDRs

Hello,

 

I know how to extract CDRs into a .csv file (with Call Manager
Serviceability - CDR Analysis & reporting).

 

Now our IT guys want to automate some reporting and access the CDR DBs
directly from another system.

 

What are the options?
