[cisco-voip] CCM - Accessing CDRs

I copy the CDR data monthly (or on-demand) to an Access database for such 
analyses; others have used various schemes.  I think you could search for 
"CDR" in the archives and get some ideas.  It's probably not a good idea to 
access the CCM database directly for routine reporting.
