[cisco-voip] i just change from fxo ground start to fxo loop start

i just change from fxo ground start to fxo loop start

and we are not able to make ld calls.  The carrier just change there side
also.  What cmd and use to tell if its on our side or the carriers.  

All I did was swape from group to loop  on my ds0-group 0 timeslots 9-24
