[cisco-voip] BAT Issues

[Lemon]

Running CCM 4.1(3)sr3a  and OS 2000.2.7 with service release 2000.2.7.sr8
and BAT 5.1(4a).

Trying to insert "User device Profiles" but when we get to Add a new User
Device Profile Template <javascript:reloadNewPage()> we get the following
error:

- "ERROR . Path not found" when trying to insert a new device profile.

any ideas??? or anyone else come across this before?
