[cisco-voip] burn-in with idle URL

No it doesn't stay up when a call comes in. The complaint I've heard
the most is that it doesn't allow the user to pre-dial a number, you
have to "Exit" the idle URL screen first then pre-dial.

I've seen it with dark logos on 7940s/60s as well and it was pretty bad.
You could set up an alternating idle URL if you know .asp.

Haven't turned on idle urls in a while, does it still stay up even when
a phone call comes in? That was a big complaint in the past.

I have seen an issue with this on a 7970.

I'm not up to speed with display technologies.....is there the
possibility of burn in if we use the idle URL?
